  1. Oh my goodness - so exciting!

And I LOVE the yarn below too! Is that a custom one? You should definitely put up a neutral greeny one on your site!

(Is it too late to get something green!?)

  2. Hiya j-j,

The yarn below is an experiment. I do like how it has turned out though. I'll keep greens in mind for the future ;)

  9. Oooh my Brown Oxide looks great!

I was hoping it might match a shirt that I have in the Kumquat Dotty Owls print (you can google it to get an idea). I guess I could have sent you a pic first, but it didn't need to be an exact match and I liked the lucky dip nature of it all!

So with that in mind... I suppose the brown could be a bit darker (the owls print has lime green, sky blue and dark brown), but I'm quite happy with it as it is - it looks gorgeous!

Unless you're super-keen to have a fiddle with it (were you planning on just redyeing the brown section?) I'm delighted with how it looks.

    :-)

  10. Okay, just had a look again on my monitor at night, with less glare on the screen... and I think that the brown in my Kitscha Oxide is just fine! If it were darker it might overpower the other colours - it really is lovely and the whole colourway is quite different and unique, don't you think? Yummy yum! Thank you! Can't wait to see it in real life. :-)

(Oh, and I was the deleted comments - computer was acting up and I kept losing posts then retyping and... grrr anyway it finally sorted itself out.)

  15. Wow! It's here! That was incredibly fast! It's all gorgeous, WAY better than the pictures show (and the pics are lovely, but it's so much nicer IRL) I can't believe it's here in NZ already though, wow, talk about super efficient! Would recommend customs with you anytime due to the customer service and speed of filling the order (and it was a decent sized order) Thanks hun, hope you are enjoying your holiday after all that hard work
